Licensed Audit Jurisdictions

USA: State of Washington
European Union: voluntary audits

In Germany we work together with a German-licensed CPA (Wirtschaftsprüfer) as required by law who is also licensed to conduct audits in the State of Delaware, USA.
Aside from the legally mandatory audit according to the German commercial code (HGB) and IFRS we also conduct many other legal and voluntary audits.

In Europe we are qualified to conduct voluntary annual audits and corporation-wide audits for firms in all legal structures and in all industries.

We use the most modern audit and analysis software, not only to provide precise, high-quality results for our clients. Our methodology also gives you additional perspectives on your business outside the traditional annual audit.

Attestation Services

An attestation service is a professional service in which a CPA expresses a conclusion about the reliability of a written statement that is the responsibility of someone else.

There are numerous types of attestation services that companies might request. For example, a company that has concerns about possible misstatements of financial information provided by various divisions would request attestation services for all of those divisions. Here, we would provide attestations for the financial information of each division and the pro forma financial statements.

Companies of all sizes often need a second opinion or an expert report on information related to a product, service or activity, whether provided by their firm or a business partner. Our service also covers many needs for attestation that are outside the traditional financial statement audit requirements. We respond to business needs of member firm clients and provide independent assurance on the reliability or validity of information related to a product, service or activity that is the responsibility of our client.

The Auditing Standards Board (ASB), part of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), has issued the Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) which provide guidelines and rules for CPAs who provide attestation services and we follow these closely without exception.
